Building a Comprehensive Support Ecosystem for High-Efficiency Exhibitions in Vietnam: From Strategic Design to On-the-Ground Delivery

To ensure Chinese exhibitors “arrive smoothly, exhibit efficiently, and connect precisely,” this mission focused on establishing a comprehensive support network spanning top-level design to on-site services. The mission's outcomes demonstrate that a multi-dimensional support system—guided by the Chinese and Vietnamese governments, coordinated by industry organizations, and serviced by professional institutions—has taken initial shape. Vietnamese host organizations provide core resource connections. The Department of Cooperative and Rural Development (DCRD) under Vietnam’s Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development will provide support for organising visitors, and its affiliated Vietnam Cooperative Alliance extends into every province, directly reaching farmers and cooperatives. The station's director stated that they will fully mobilize resources within the system to visit and make purchases.

Industry giants and media resources are deeply integrated. The delegation successfully established cooperative intentions with Vietnam's leading agricultural enterprises, including TTC Sugar Factory and Ho Chi Minh City Television. TTC Sugar Factory not only has clear internal needs but also agreed to assist in inviting its extensive network of contracted growers to attend the exhibition. Senior director Tran Quoc Thien from Ho Chi Minh City Television can provide integrated promotional solutions ranging from advertising placements to feature reports. Additionally, official media outlets, including Vietnam's Agricultural Newspaper and Agricultural Machinery Magazine, will provide comprehensive coverage throughout the event, enhancing the exhibition's credibility.
