Clear Market Demand Emerges as Industry Leaders Present On-Site Cooperation Priorities

Date:

Market opportunities cannot remain confined to the macro level. Through a series of high-level business visits during this inspection tour, we gained direct insight into the specific and urgent demands of the Vietnamese market. Multiple leading enterprises and associations expressed clear intentions for cooperation on-site, making the exhibition's “purchasing power” abundantly evident. TTC Sugar Factory: Full Industry Chain Needs and Joint Development Intentions As one of Vietnam's top 50 conglomerates, TTC Sugar Factory serves as John Deere's exclusive distributor in Vietnam. Its operations span multiple sectors including sugarcane (71,000 hectares), coconut, pineapple, and rice. During discussions, company representatives outlined a series of specific requirements:

Equipment Requirements: Urgently seeking specialized machinery for banana and pineapple cultivation; requiring high-performance rice harvester engines capable of withstanding Vietnam's humid and hot climate; extending explicit exhibition invitations to sugar processing equipment manufacturers. Cooperation Intentions: Strongly seeking joint development with Chinese enterprises in the R&D and manufacturing of agricultural machinery (e.g., deep tillage machines, fertilizer spreaders, laser levellers). Audience Organization: Commits to disseminating exhibition information to its extensive network of cooperatives and growers and requests that the organizer provide a detailed “Exhibitor and Equipment List” to facilitate targeted invitations and pre-event matchmaking.

The Mekong Rice Association of Vietnam stated it will mobilize core farmers from the Mekong Delta—Vietnam's “breadbasket”—to attend the event. The Ho Chi Minh City Mechanical and Electrical Association provided detailed distance maps of surrounding provinces' cash crop regions (coffee, durian, sugarcane, rubber) to assist in organizing a more targeted and attractive professional audience.

Financial Support Keeps Pace

During a visit to the Bank of China's Ho Chi Minh City branch, it was learned that local Vietnamese channels already exist to provide financing for farmers purchasing machinery. Simultaneously, for Chinese enterprises planning to invest in establishing factories in Vietnam, Chinese banks can offer complementary financial services, including equipment financing and credit lines, thereby addressing market expansion concerns from a financial standpoint.

Through one-on-one consultations, this zone helps enterprises understand user requirements and propose tailored solutions. Exhibitors can engage with target users through Q&A sessions, and upon reaching preliminary cooperation agreements, proceed to subsequent negotiation stages.
